Little Wonders Baby and Toddler Group
Little Wonders meeta in St Oswald's Church, Front Street, Sowerby. Please come
in through the door nearest the smaller churchyard gate. If you have a pushchair
or pram you can enter the churchyard at the bigger gate, near the war memorial,
where there are no steps and follow the path round to the entrance.
Little Wonders is a group for babies, toddlers and their parents / grandparents / carers. New families are always welcome. We aim to provide a relaxed environment where adults have the opportunity to get to know each other and catch up with friends while the children play. We provide a variety of toys and activities. Towards the end of the session there is a drink and snack time before we finish with songs and nursery rhymes.
Little Wonders is run by volunteers from St Oswald's Church, Sowerby Methodist Church and the Salvation Army Thirsk on Monday mornings during school term time from 10.00am to 11.30am. There is a charge of £1.50 per family, per session.
